A complete thought frame system includes a frame and print.
When you tire of this print, purchase another print and install it on your existing frame. Keep the original print safely aside, to be used again, when you want.

We do not provide the artwork for your print. We print the artwork you send us.
You can purchase artwork from, for example, shutterstock. Or ... send us a high resolution photograph from your photshoot!


The artwork must be sent to us in the form of a high resolution pdf or one of the following formats: .jpg, .png, .tiff, .psd, or .eps.
0.25 inch bleed on all four sides of your image.

If your file is too big to email, share your file with us via WeTransfer or DropBox at thoughtframe@purplerain.co.za . Please be sure to include your quote number in the email and as the file name, if you have already received a quote.

An entire wall can be covered with the thought frame. The minimum size is 1 square metre.

The minimum resolution required for a clear custom print is 150 ppi/ dpi at the desired print size.
Resolution is defined by pixels per inch (ppi) or dots per inch (dpi).
You can find the resolution of your image by right clicking on your photo, selecting “properties” then “details” and then checking the box that says resolution or dpi.

Aspect Ratio of 1:1 or 3:2. If your artwork is not sized at either aspect ratio, we will have to crop your image.

The frame is simple to assemble and install on a wall, if you are comfortable with DIY projects.

Orders are not refundable. However, replacements are manufactured and sent immediately for incorrect orders.
